Deliciously aromatic Colombian and high grown Honduran arabicas are combined with a touch of floral Ethiopian to produce a lush, dark brew. The style is rich and aromatic with a smooth finish - the caramel sweetness of the Colombian made heavier by the Honduran and more complex by the Ethiopian. We medium roast the Colombian, lighter roast the Ethiopian but 'full-city' roast (strong) the Ethiopian arabica for an altogether three-dimensional flavour.
