Delivery Information

We have a selection of different shipping options to get your order to you, whatever the size and wherever the destination. Please read our Terms and Conditions below for further details.

Orders Over £30:

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour delivery service for orders over £30 (excluding VAT), available to destinations in England, Scotland and Wales and excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Isle of Wight. If your order is over 2Kg we will despatch your order on a next working day service with our choice of courier.

We endeavour to despatch with in 24 hours of receiving an order, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include Bank Holidays.

Orders Under £30:

We will charge £3.50 inc VAT carriage contribution on orders below £30 (excluding VAT) in value. These will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service, available to destinations in England, Scotland and Wales, but excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Isle of Wight. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include Bank Holidays.

We will provide the courier with the contact information supplied to us at the time of ordering for tracking updates. Once the parcel(s) have been despatched, we may not be able to change this information.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, or incomplete, please notify us as soon as possible. We will require photographic evidence of the parcel and its contents to provide to the courier service, we will also ask you to keep the packaging until the issue has been resolved. If you do not do so we may not be able to offer a refund/exchange.

Collection Service:

If you choose to collect your order, we aim to have it ready within 24 hours of the order being received. We will notify you when your order is ready to be despatched.
