Sunrise is made from Colombian arabica beans grown at La Manuela Estate, high in the Cordillera Central mountain range of western Colombia. Sheltered beneath bamboo and banana trees, the coffee shrubs thrive in the cool, high-altitude conditions. Carefully selected Supremo-grade Castillo beans are lightly roasted to reveal their bright and expressive character. The result is a smooth, light-bodied cup with lifted citrus, crisp red apple sweetness and a gentle touch of caramel, followed by a clean and delicate floral finish.
