This classic, creamy Honduran arabica, grown at high altitude in the Capucas region, has a rich body, medium acidity, chocolate flavours and nutty notes. We bring the roast level up to caramelise its naturally occurring sweetness and body. The resulting superb brew is dark and rich with a sweet finish.
