A light, smooth and beautifully balanced breakfast-style brew with excellent cup quality. We combine the rounded sweetness and gentle acidity of Colombian coffee from the Cordillera Central mountain range with the silky body and vibrant character of Rwandan coffee, bringing notes of raspberry, blood orange and black tea. High altitude growing regions produce better quality coffees. The lower oxygen level forces the beans to mature more slowly and consistently, developing a greater strength of flavour. We carefully roast this delicious high grown combination to produce a mellow brew, perfect to start the day with.
