Guatemalan

This coffee comes from one of the most exceptional growing regions in the world. The Nueva Granada estate, situated just outside San Marcos in Guatemala, is recognised internationally for its lush biodiversity. Here, coffee plants grow slowly at an altitude of 1500m, between the two volcanoes Tajumulco and Tacana, in nutrient rich ashy soil, perfect for coffee production. They consistently bear hard beans, packed with flavour ready to be released. We carefully medium roast these superior quality beans to bring out the character of this lovely coffee. The cup is full yet mellow with a rich body, crisp acidity and with chocolate and berry flavour notes.
