Brazillian Pocos De Caldas (City Roast)

Pure Brazilian arabica from the world's top coffee grower. This premium coffee from the mountainous state of Minas Gerais is categorised as 'fine cup' grade, which means that coffee from individual growers has been filtered by size to leave only the larger, more matured beans that give a more consistent and overall higher-quality flavour. Brazil 17/18 grade beans are naturally processed by patio-drying in the cherry. Since the coffees are dried with sweet mucilage, they tend to have a sweeter cup flavour and heavier body. The brew is full-city (darker), robust, medium-bodied, and has a mild acidity. Its flavour palette includes chocolate, nuts, and a slight complementary toasted taste of the roast.
