Our Artisan blend is based on full city roasted (high roast) Honduran coffee, from the high-altitude Capucas region of Honduras, blended with medium-roasted ‘fine cup’ Brazilian arabica with a touch of large Indian robusta. Brazilian ‘fine cup’ grade coffee is so called because its component crops from each individual farmer have been filtered to leave only the biggest and best quality beans, for overall consistency of flavour. The blend produces a rich and tasty cup with a full and satisfying finish.
