Las Delicias

This is an exceptional blend of quality Guatemalan arabica, from the Nueva Granada Estate in the western San Marcos Department, and top quality Brazilian Daterra ‘Pertu’, from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. These beans are both shade grown at a high altitude – optimum growing conditions for a premium coffee. We carefully city roast (medium) these coffees to retain their smooth syrupy sweetness and evoke a complementary, slight natural fruit acidity.
