Crema Fairtrade

A delicious combination of Fairtrade Brazilian arabica, from the Ascarive co-operative in Minas Gerais, and Fairtrade Colombian Medellin Excelso arabica, grown at the foot of the Andes. These coffees are both grown at between 900 -1900 m.a.s.l. which means harder and denser beans, better for producing flavoursome coffee. We City Roast (Medium) this blend to create a full and satisfying finish with wonderful body and a touch of acidity. Its deliciously rich flavour is made all the more enjoyable by the knowledge that both component coffees have been ethically produced and approved by the Fairtrade Foundation.
